摘要
综述了液压盘式刹车的特点和研究现状,对其在修井机中的应用作了探讨。介绍了目前修井机绞车刹车系统的研制现状。液压盘式刹车与传统的带式刹车相比,前者的刹车力矩大、刹车敏感性高、易于操作、安全可靠、维护方便,已经广泛应用于钻井绞车中,在修井绞车中的应用前景也非常广泛。
The paper generally presents the features and study status, and the practical survey is been done. It presents the development status of disc brake of workover rig as well. The brake torque is higher, quicker sensitivity, easier operation and safer than band brake. Disc brake is widely used on drawworks and it also shows its much wider application.
