摘要
吉林石油集团有限责任公司采油二厂研制的防喷作业机，由液压修井机和液压防喷器两大部分组成，与进口的同类设备相比，具有如下优点：（１）一体化上井，不用任何辅助设备；（２）不须在现场组装和连接液压管路；（３）通径大，体积小，重量轻，耐高压，油管挂和井下工具可连续从防喷器内提出；（４）结构合理，强度高，成本低，操作简单，易推广应用。研制的防喷作业机完成了５３井次作业任务，各项指标达到了设计要求。实践证明，这种防喷作业机能有效实施防喷作业，且有很好的经济效益和社会效益，但还须提高自封胶筒的性能，改变装载方式，加大功率配备，加装拧扣机、机械手和排管架。
The workover rig with blowout preventer, developed by No.
2 Oil Production Plant of Jilin Petroleum Company, consists of hydraulic workover rig and
hydraulic blowout preventer. It has the following advantages: (1)operating integratively without
any auxiliary devices; (2)needing not to connect hydraulic manifold; (3)being smallsized,
lightweighted, highpressureproof with large diameter, and being able to pull out the tubing
hanger and downhole tools continuously; (4)being rational in structure, highstrength, low in cost
and easy to operate. Practice shows that the workover rig can carry out well servicing with good
blowout preventing effect, thereby good financial profits can be achieved. Some suggestions for
improvement of the rig are presented.
