摘要
对保健醋作为保健食品的功能及其在国内外生产的现状进行了综述 ,探讨了目前国内保健醋市场存在的问题及解决对策 ,展望了保健醋生产的发展前景。
The function and the current production situation of health protection vinegar as a keep-food at home and abroad were summarizedd. The problems existing in current domestic market were reported, and the strategies and prospects were analysed.
