摘要
对几丁聚糖在果蔬保鲜中应用研究现状及其在贮藏期间对果蔬生理影响的效应进行了综述 ,并通过对几丁聚糖保鲜作用的优越性及存在问题的分析 ,展望了其在果蔬保鲜中的应用前景。
This paper summarized the research status of the application Chitosan in keeping fruits and vegetables fresh,the functionary mechanism for Chitosan in keeping fruits and vegetables fresh,the superiority of Chitosan in keeping fresh and,the developing foreground on Chitosan in keeping fruits and vegetables fresh.
