矿质营养与植物生长调节剂对澳洲坚果花粉生活力的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Mineral Nutrients and Plant Growth Regulators on Germination of Pollen of Macadamia

摘要 以6年生的澳洲坚果为试材,研究温度、蔗糖浓度、矿质营养和植物生长调节剂对花粉萌发和花粉管伸长的影响。结果表明:25℃和10%的蔗糖浓度对花粉的萌发和生长最为有利;植物生长调节剂GA3为20mg/L时能显著促进花粉的萌发,而IAA和2,4-D对花粉萌发的促进作用不显著;矿质营养最有利于花粉萌发的浓度分别是Zn 10mg/L、Mo5mg/L、B10mg/L、Mn 40mg/L、Ca 30mg/L。 The effects of temperature, sucrose concentration, mineral nutrients and plant growth regulators on germination of pollen and growth of pollen tubes were studied using 6-year old macadamia trees as experimental material. It was showed that the optimal temperature and sucrose concentration were 25℃ and 10%, respectively; as compared with IAA and 2,4-D, GA3 at 20 mg·L-1 stimulated the germination of pollen significantly; and Zn at 10 mg·L-1, Mo at 5 mg·L-1, B at 10 mg·L-1, Mn at 40 mg·L-1 and Ca at 30 mg·L-1 were most favorable for the germination of pollen.
