摘要
试验结果:①梅的花对低温的忍耐力较强,花粉发芽所要求的温度较低,适应范围较广;低浓度的蔗糖琼脂培养基对花粉发育有利,高浓度的培养基对梅的花粉发芽有抑制作用。②梅是自花能结实的果树,但异花授粉更能增产。
