不同培养条件对紫荆、西府海棠花粉萌发的影响

The Effect of Different culture conditions on the pollen germination of Ceris chinensis Bunge and Malus micromalus Mark

摘要 以紫荆、西府海棠为试材,研究温度、蔗糖浓度、矿质营养、植物生长调节剂、干燥方法、贮藏时间、不同采集时间几个方面对花粉萌发的影响.试验结果表明:矿质元素Mn和Ca对花粉萌发所起作用不同,两种植物花粉对其需求量也不同.Mn:紫荆0.3%-0.7%;西府海棠0.5%;Ca:紫荆0.2%-0.4%;西府海棠0.1%-0.3%.NAA分别在紫荆0.5%-2.0%,西府海棠2.0%时,均明显促进花粉的萌发.GA显著促进两种植物花粉萌发浓度分别为紫荆0.5%-2.0%,西府海棠0.1%-1.0%.30℃,15%的蔗糖;30℃,20%的蔗糖浓度分别有利于紫荆、西府海棠花粉萌发.硅胶对紫荆、西府海棠的花粉进行干燥均有利于贮藏.贮藏时间不超过9小时为宜.一天中上午采集的生活力较好,但每种花粉采集的最佳时间不同,依次是紫荆10∶00-14∶00,西府海棠8∶00-12∶00. Using Ceris chinensis Bunge and Malus micromalus Mark as the tested materials, the writer studied the effects of different aspects to pollen germination including the temperature,concentration of sucrose,mineral nutrition,plant growth regulators,drying methods,storaging time and various acquisition time.The results showed that: mineral elements Mn and Ca have different effect on pollen germination,and the demands of these two kinds of plant pollen are different too.Mn:Ceris chinensis Bunge 0.3%-0.7%;Malus micromalus Mark 0.5%;Ca:Ceris chinensis Bunge 0.2%-0.4%;Malus micromalus Mark 0.1%-0.3%.NAA significantly promotes the germination of pollen when it’s 0.5%-2.0% of Ceris chinensis Bunge and 2.0% of Malus micromalus Mark respectively.The condition is the same to GA when it’s 0.5%-2.0% of Ceris chinensis Bunge and 0.1%-1.0% of Malus micromalus Mark.30 ℃,15% of the sucrose concentration and 30 ℃,20% of the sucrose concentration are conducive to pollen germination of Ceris chinensis Bunge and Malus micromalus Mark.Through drying of the pollen,silica gel is conducive to the storage of both the two Bauhinia.It’s appropriate that the storage time is no more than nine hours.The life force will be better if being acquisited in the morning,but the best time also is deffered of each type of pollen,10∶00-14∶00 of Ceris chinensis Bunge and 8∶00-12∶00 of Malus micromalus Mark.
