硬质合金注射成形过程中的难点问题及解决方法 被引量:3

摘要 粉末注射成形技术作为一种先进的成形方法受到广泛的关注 ,但由于硬质合金及注射成形工艺自身的特点 ,硬质合金注射成形技术仍存在几个难点问题有待解决 ,这也是硬质合金注射成形产业一直徘徊不前的主要原因。本文分析了钨钴硬质合金注射成形过程中存在的缺陷控制、碳含量控制、尺寸精度控制和提高制品力学性能等难点问题 ,并给出了相应的解决方法。 PIM(powder injection molding) is an advanced forming technology and is drawing more and more attention.Powder injection molding of cemented carbides is a complicated process due to the materials'characteristics.There are still several big problems to be solved to improve the technology.In this Paper,defect control,carbon control,dimension precision control and its mechanical property improvement are discussed and some measures are proposed to solve the problems.
