摘要
PIM技术的出现,使得复杂零件的生产成本大大降低,对用Al2O3粉末制备的微型零件进行分析,并展示了大小为喂料粒子尺寸10倍的零件,如喂料粒子直径为400 nm,通过注射成型技术,成功制备了5μm大小的零件。PIM不但能够生产多种具有热、磁、光和电等功能性金属零件和陶瓷制品,同时也为大批量生产微型零件开辟了道路。
The application of powder injection molding technology can produce complicated shape of components at a low cost. A minitype of component made of Al2O3 powder, which size is 10 times of alumina particle, was analyzed. For example, a component of 5μm in size can be injection molded from the alumina particle of 400 nm in diameter. The use of the molding method can manufacture various functional metal products and ceramic wares with thermal, magnetic, optical or electrical properties. It provides a new way for producing micro components in enormous quantities.
