摘要
简要分析了硬质合金注射成形工艺各步骤中可能出现的各种缺陷及其产生的主要原因 ;讨论了减少或消除这些缺陷的有效措施 ;同时指出了硬质合金注射成形的应用前景及需解决的问题。
The main defects frequently occurring in injection molded cemented carbide parts and their origin have been analyzed. Some effective measures to reduce or avoid the defects are proposed. The application prospects and some problems that need to be solved in the powder injection molding of cemented carbides are discussed in detail.
