摘要
回族习俗是回族人民在长期的生产生活过程中自发形成的 ,是回民族区别于其他民族的标帜。本文叙述了回族习俗的形成及其主要内容 ,分析了它们的特质与功能以及回族习俗与国家法律之间的一致之处与差异 。
Customs of Hui nationality formed during its long history distinguish the community from other nationalities. The essay states formation and the principal contents of the customs, analyses their characteristics and functions, identities and differences betweent the Hui people's customs and the state laws The essay purposes exploring the position of the law of the autonomous area, i.e.regulations for autonomy and specific regulations in linking up the customs and state laws so that they can conduct their customs within law.
