摘要
武陵山少数民族传统文化的保护与创新是加快推进武陵山经济协作区建设的重要课题,与加快武陵山区民族文化建设的科学发展在本质上是一致的。在社会转型阶段,应该构建推动武陵山区少数民族传统文化保护和创新的四个内在运行机制:社会主义核心价值观与民族传统价值观的对接与整合机制;不同民族之间文化的交流与融合机制;文化产业与文化事业的互动与协调机制;城镇与乡村文化建设的统筹与联动机制。这四个机制将从根本上决定武陵山少数民族传统文化保护和创新实践的科学发展。
traditional culture protection and innovation of ethnic minorities in Wuling Mountain is an important issue for accelerating the construction of the Wuling Mountain economic cooperation area,which is the same in nature as speeding up the scientific development of national culture.At the stage of social transformation,four internal operating mechanisms should be built to promote protection and innovation of traditional culture of minorities： docking and integration between Socialist core values and minorities traditional values;cultural exchanges and fusion among different ethnic minorities;interaction and coordination between cultural industries and cultural benefits;co-ordination and linkage interactive between urban and rural areas.These four mechanisms will fundamentally determine scientific development of protection and innovative practice of Ethnic Minorities traditional culture in Wuling Mountain.
