摘要
研究了影响划痕法测定 Ti N涂层结合力的因素 ,结果表明 :离子氮化处理能提高 Ti N涂层的临界载荷。随基体硬度提高和涂层厚度增加 ,Ti N涂层的临界载荷 Lc增高。而表面粗糙度增大 ,则临界载荷降低 ,当粗糙度大于0 .70 μm( Ra)时 ,则临界载荷无法得到确定值。以 M2钢为基体的 Ti N涂层的结合力高于以 3Cr2 W8V为基体的 Ti N涂层的结合力。
Factors of effects on TiN coating adhesion strength dctermined by scratch test have been investigated.The results show that ion nitriding treament can improve the critical load L c of TiN coating.The critical load L c of TiN coating increases with the increasing of substrate hardness and coating thickness,but decreases with the increasing of surface roughness.However,critical load L c is not reliable and definite if surface roughness Ra is higher than 0.7μm. Adhesion strength of TiN coating on M2 substrate is better than that of TiN coating on 3Cr2W8V substrate.
