摘要
研究了40Cr钢普通离子氮化和强化离子氮化后的显微组织和物相组成,测定了氮化层的显微硬度和耐磨性。α″、CrN和Cr_2N相的弥散析出,是强化离子氮化优于普通离子氮化的原因。
The microstructure and the phase composition of the ordinary and strengthening ion nitriding of 40 Cr steel have been investigated, the microhardness and the wear resestance of the nitriding layer have been measured. The α″, CrN and Cr_2N phase precipitate diffusely, which is the reason that the strengthening ion nitriding is better than ordinary ion nitriding.
