本文报道了烟酸对松茸菌丝生长的促进作用。研究结果表明当培养基中加入 0 .6mg/10 0ml烟酸时 ,菌丝生长最好 ,其菌丝生物量最大 ,干重为 2 .3mg/10 0ml,是对照的 1.6
This paper reports the stimulation of th e nicotinic acid on growth of Tricholoma matsutake mycelium. The result show s that the nicotinic acid on the growth of Tricholoma matsutake mycelium is obrious. When the nicotinic acid is 0.6mg/100ml,growth of the mycelium is best,dried weight of the mycelium is 2.30mg/100ml,that is 1.66 times as much as contrast.
