摘要
烟酸广泛应用于食品、饲料、医疗等领域。综述了烟酸的作用机理、合成工艺、应用及研究进展,从合成方法上看,一般分为试剂氧化法、氨氧化法、气相氧化法、电化学氧化法、生物氧化法和吡啶羟基化法等。重点阐述了国内烟酸的发展,并对今后的研究提出了展望和建议。
In this article the mechanism, synthesis process, application and development of the synthetic technology of nicotinic acid are introduced. Nicotinic acid can be widely applied in fields of food, feed, and medical treatment, etc. Its synthesis methods include agent oxidation, ammonia oxidation, air oxidation, electrochemical oxidation, biological oxidation, and pyridine hydroxylation. The recent development of nicotinic acid in China is reviewed and the study in future is prospected.
