摘要
本文详细研究了鱼腥藻(A-1058)对Cr^3-和Cr^6-离子的选择吸附条件,发现Cr^(3-)的最佳吸附pH值为4~5;Cr^(5-)的最佳pH为7左右,一定量柠檬酸能抑制Cu^(2-)、Ph^(2-)及Cd^(2-)对Cr^(5-)的吸附干扰.建立了痕量铬的不同价态原子吸收分析方法;对金属离子与藻之间的吸附机理作了初步探讨。
This study examines the optimum condition for the enrichment and the separation of Cr3- and Cr5- using the bioaccumulation of an alga(Anabaena-1058). It is found that the optimum ranges for Cr3- and Cr6- uptake are pH 4-5 and pH 7 or so, respectively, and the interference of Cu2+ , Pb2- and Cd2- with Cr6- can be inhibited by the presence of citric acid. An analytical method for the trace chromium of the different valence states by flame atomic absorption is presented. The interaction mechanism of metal-alga is investigated.
