摘要
本法利用单缝石英管,提高火焰原子吸收法的灵敏度并降低测试成本。方法用于大米、蒜头、茶叶中硒的测定,获得满意的结果。
This paper presents the use of a slotted quartz tube to increase the sensitivity ofconventional flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of micro-amountof selenium in rice, the bulb garlic and tea. The slotted quartz tube is positioned on top of aconventional atomic absorption fumer. It is used in conjunction with an air-acetylene flame(lean) Advantages include low cost and simplicity. The recovery of selenium is 97~101%for rice, 98~102% for the bulb of garlic, and 95-100% for tea. The RSD is 1. 7% for.rice,l.5 for the bulb of garlic and 1.8% for tea. The results are satisfactory.
