摘要
为研究缺氧预适应小鼠脑匀浆提取液对PC1 2细胞的影响 ,在PC1 2细胞培养液中加入缺氧预适应小鼠脑匀浆提取液及其去蛋白提取液 ,检测缺氧 2 4h和 4 8h后PC1 2细胞LDH和MTT代谢的变化。结果发现 ,未去蛋白的脑匀浆组PC1 2细胞活性显著增加 ,而去蛋白组细胞活性未见显著变化。
To study the protective action of cerebral homogenate extracts on in vitro preparation, the present experiment was conducted on a hypoxic model of PC12 cells. LDH and MTT assay were used to measure changes of the cells′ activity following incubation with brain tissue extracts taken from hypoxia preconditioned mice for 24, 48 and 72 h. The cells′ activity was found to be significantly increased when the cells were incubated with the extracts containing protein and no significant change was seen when the cells were incubated with protein free extracts. The result indicates that protein like neuroprotective substance(s) is developed in the brain of hypoxia preconditioned mice.
