摘要
在二甲苯溶液中 ,以氯乙酸作催化剂 ,在 1 3 2℃及常压下合成了 5-(2 -羟基苯基 ) -1 0 ,1 5,2 0 -三苯基卟啉等 3种不对称卟啉。产物经红外光谱、紫外可见光谱等进行了表征。研究了反应时间、反应物比例、温度、浓度等对收率的影响 ,在优选的反应条件下 ,产物收率可达 6.3 %。
Three unsymmetrical tetraphenylporphyrins 5 (2 hydroxyphenyl) 10,15,20 tri(R)porphyrins,where R=phenyl,2 methoxylphenyl and 4 methylphenyl,were prepared by the condensation of pyrrol with two different aldehydes in the presence of chloroacetic acid in xylene solvent.The yield was 6.3%,which was higher than Litter′s method.The factors which influence the yields of the porphyrins were investigated.
