摘要
报道了合成双咪唑的一种新方法．１（２氰乙基）咪唑１与α，ω二卤化合物２反应生成双咪唑钅翁盐３，３在碱的作用下发生选择性Ｈｏｆｍａｎｎ型消去反应以９０．０％～９４．６％的高产率制得一系列双咪唑４．
A convenient and efficient preparation of bisimidazoles 4 has been developed.The procedures are described involving a selective Hofmanntype elimination of the 2cyanoethyl groups from the bisimidazolium salts 3 obtained by the reaction of α,ωdihalides 2 with 1Himidazole1propanenitrile 1.
