摘要
目前文献中合成四苯基卟啉(TPPH_2)和取代四苯基卟啉都是采用 Adler 方法。在酸性介质中。
A new method for the synthesis of tetraphenylporphyrin(TPPH_2)and it's derivatives is reported.In the presence of AlCl_3,direct condensation of pyrrole with benzaldehyde in refuxing DMF gave TPPH_2.The yield and purity of TPPH_2 were higher than those from known literature methods.The yield was found to be related to the catalyst,so-lvent,the reaction time as well as the concentration of the reactants.Based on these resultsa probable mechanism for this reaction was suggested.
