摘要
采用气相色谱 -质谱法对川芎浓缩颗粒挥发性成分进行分离鉴定。从水蒸气蒸馏法工艺制备的浓缩颗粒 (样品Ⅰ )中分离鉴定了12个成分 ,主要为亚油酸、棕榈酸 ;从超临界CO2 流体萃取工艺制备的浓缩颗粒 (样品Ⅱ )中分离鉴定了32个成分 ,主要为藁本内酯、亚油酸。用面积归一化法测定了样品Ⅰ。
Two types of concentrated granules from Rhizoma Chuanxiong were prepared by extraction of water vapour distillation(sampleⅠ) and extraction of supercritical CO2 fluid(sampleⅡ). The volatile components of the concentrated granules were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 12 compounds were identified from sampleⅠ, the major constituents are linoleic acid and palmitic acid. 32 compounds were identified from sampleⅡ, the major constituents are ligustilide and linoleic acid. The relative contents of their constituents were determined by normalization method of area.
