摘要
利用超临界CO_2流体(SFE-CO_2)萃取技术从砂仁中萃取挥发油,并用GC-MS技术对解析釜Ⅰ、解析釜Ⅱ中的挥发油成分进行了分析,分别得到30个峰和88个峰,鉴定出24种和71种成分。
By using the extraction technique of supercritical-CO_2 fluid on Amomum villodum Lour,essential oil could be got and then be applied to GC-MS online computer retrieval analysis,after a study on essential oil both in isolated pot Ⅰ and Ⅱ,24 and 71 components were identified respectively.
