摘要
采用电化学方法在玻碳电极上制备了吡啶 -Dawson型磷钼杂多酸超分子配合物薄膜修饰电极。研究了它在0.3mol/LH2SO4 溶液中的电化学行为及其对酸性水溶液中抗坏血酸的电催化氧化作用。发现膜电极对抗坏血酸的催化峰电流与其浓度在3.5×10-5~5.0×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,线性相关系数r=0.9991 ,检出限8.0×10-6 mol/L ,用于维生素C片剂的测定 ,结果令人满意。
A pyridine-Dawson molybdophosphoric heterpoly acid supermolecular(charge _ transfer compound) film modified electrode was prepared by electrochemical method. Its electrochemical behaviors in 0.3 mol/L sulfuric acid and catalytic oxidation for ascorbic acid were studied. An excellent linear relationship betweem the oxidation peak current and ascorbic acid concentration is obtained in the range of 3.5×10-5~5.0×10-3 mol/L with correlation coefficient of 0.999 1. The detection limit of 8.0×10-6 mol/L is achieved. The electrocatalytic mechanism was discussed. The method was satisfactorily employed for the determination of ascorbic acid in vitamin C tablets.
