摘要
介绍了超分子化合物(C)合成过程中间产物富电子对苯二酚聚醚链(HQ)系列产品的高效液相色谱分离方法。采用NucleosilC(18)柱,以紫外检测器(226nm)检测和甲醇-水(75:25,V/V)作流动相,可得到满意的分离效果。
In this paper, we present a method using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)to analyse the hydroquinone polyether chain analogues in the synthesis of supramolecular compound (C).The Nucleosil C_(18) column(4. 6×250mm)at 30℃ and UV detector(226nm) were used. The mobile phase was methanol and water (75: 25,V/V). We collected sample of the hydroquinone polyether chain (4HQ5) with a semi-preparative column(10×250mm), then used it for the linear and accuracy experiments with the analytical column. There was a linear relationship between peak area and sample size in the range of 20-150ng and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0. 9975. The coefficient of variation was less than 2. 0%.
