摘要
研究发现葡萄糖与磷钼杂多酸反应 ,能生成有色产物 ,它的最大吸收波长是 690 nm,吸光度与葡萄糖的质量浓度呈线性关系 ,检出限为 2× 1 0 -5mol/L。本法已用于测定葡萄糖注射液中的葡萄糖含量。
A spectrophotometric method for determination of glucose was developed based on measurement of color product formed by reaction of glucose with 12 molybdophosphate. The absorbance is proportional to concentration of glucose over the range of 2×10 -5 ~2×10 -3 mol/L with detection limit of 2×10 -5 mol/L at wavelength of 690 nm.The method was applied to determination of glucose in injectors with satisfactory results.
