摘要
采用国产大孔磺酸树脂 (NKC 9) ,在无梯度反应器内对异戊烯与甲醇醚化反应进行了研究。在消除内扩散和外扩散的情况下 ,考察了甲醇浓度对醚化反应速率的影响。根据LHHW机理和均相反应机理推导出相应的模型方程 ,经模型筛选和参数估值 ,得出LHHW模型为最佳模型。
The etherification reaction of methanol and isoamylene was investigated in an internal recycle gradientless reaction with an ion exchange resin (NKC 9) as catalyst The effect of methanol concentration on the etherification was discussed The results showed that the reaction rate decreased to a minimum with increasing methanol concentration and then had a slowly increase by further increasing of methanol concentration Two rate equations were drive by LHHW and homogeneous phase mechanisms The experimental results, which were in a good agreement with the calculated results, were found to be best described by the kinetic equation following the Langmuir Hinshelwood Hougen Watson model, in which all reagents, methanol, isoamylenes and ether absorbed on the catalyst active sites
