摘要
研究了以催化裂化C5馏份和甲醇为原料,以大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂生产TAME汽油的工艺.考察了反应条件对活性烯烃转化率的影响.经过醚化,C5馏份的研究法辛烷值提高5.2单位.TAME汽油是理想的高辛烷值汽油调合组分.
The Process of Producing TAME gasoline form FCC C5 fractiin and methanol with macroporous Strong acidic Cation exchange resin as catalyst is studied in the paper The effects of reaction condition on the conversion of reactive as olefins are investigated.By etherification,the research octane number of the C5 fraction is increased by 5.2 units.The TAME gasoline is an excellent high octane blending component for gasoline pool
