摘要
我国做为汽油组分的醚类生产增长较快，醚化技术的开发也取得了重要进展，到目前为止，已有９套ＭＴＢＥ工业生产装置投产，生产能力已达到１７万ｔ／ａ。我国相继开发出了５种合成ＭＴＢＥ的工艺以及催化裂化Ｃ５馏分和轻汽油醚化工艺。本文综述了我国醚类生产现状，介绍了各种醚化技术和主要研究进展；分析并列举了我国醚类生产中存在的问题，提出了解决这些问题的几点建议。
Abstract The production of ethers as gasoline components has been increasing rather rapidly in China in recent years along with the successful development of etherification technology. So far, 9 commercial MTBE units has been put in operation with a total capacity amounting to 170,000t/a. 5 MTBE synthesis technologies of various types and 2 etherification technologies for FCC C, fraction and FCC light gasoline are being devoloped. This paper summarizes the current status of ether production in China, presents the results of R & D in etherification, illustrates the existing problems in ether production in China with suggestions to curb them.
