摘要
甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)中的 -NCO基团与纳米SiO2 表面的 -OH反应可使高反应活性的 -NCO键合到SiO2上 ,从而对纳米SiO2 的表面进行有效地改性。系统地研究了反应物质量比、反应温度、溶剂种类和用量、纳米SiO2的活化处理等诸多因素对TDI与SiO2 表面 -OH反应的影响 。
The reaction of nano-SiO 2 surface with TDI was carried out. It was bonded to the nano-SiO 2 surface. The nano-SiO 2 surface was modified notably by TDI. Influences of mass ratio of nano-SiO 2/TDI, reaction temperature, kind and amount of solvent and activation treatment of nano-SiO 2 on the reaction were investigated. The modified nano-SiO 2 was analyzed by FTIR and TGA.
