摘要
本文用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)来改性乙烯基聚酯树脂(PE),旨在提高其耐热性和耐腐蚀性能。通过玻璃化温度、红外光谱分析、试样在腐蚀介质中浸泡后重量和介电损耗的变化、扫描电镜分析、力学性能测试,对TDI改性后的树脂进行了考察。结果表明:用10%(wt)TDI对乙烯基聚酯树脂进行改性,其玻璃化温度可提高15℃,高温残留物含量增加4~5.3%,并仍能保持PE树脂的力学性能;腐蚀后复合材料的介电损耗角变化较小,耐硝酸、耐醋酸性能有所提高;在水和硫酸介质中性能基本不变;耐盐酸、耐碱性能方面性能稍有降低。
The heat stability and corrosion resistance of vinyl polyester resins (PE) modified with TDI were investigated. The T_gs were measured by a temperature-deformation meter. The reaclion extent was determined by FTIR and viscosimeter. The overall weight variation of crosslinked polyester resins was obtained by an immersion test. The mechanical properties were recorded by a tensile tester. The morphology was examined by scanning electron microscope. All the results showed that vinyl polyester resins modified with 10% (wt) TD I have 15℃ higher T_g and 4~5, 3% higher residue, maintaining still mechanical properties of PE resins, changing slightly in loss tangent of composites, increasing resistance in 20% HAc and 5% HNO_3 but nol in H_2O and 20% H_2SO_4, decreasing in 15% HCl and 5% NaOH.
