摘要
通过幼苗活体低温培养下 ,测定叶片电解质渗出率、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶的变化 ,比较了从海南省东寨港引种到福建九龙江口的海莲在经过十余年的低温选择后 ,其抗寒性的变化 .结果表明北移引种后的海莲抗寒力明显增高 。
The physio ecological differentiation of Bruguiera sexangula to cold resistance before and after being introduced to Fujian from Hainan has been compared. By measuring the electrolyte leakage rate, the content of soluble protein, and the activity of SOD and POD of their leaves of the living seedling cultured in low temperature, it was found that after introduction, B. sexangula in Fujian had greatly improved its cold resistance, had faster and more effective physiological reactions to low temperature treatment than original.
