摘要 应用组织学方法和免疫组织化学技术研究了锯缘青蟹脑的神经分泌细胞的种类与分布 .依据细胞形态、细胞核、细胞质的特征 ,将脑神经分泌细胞分为 4种类型 。 Effects of particular starvation on survival and development of newly hatched zoea 1 larvae of the mud crab, Scylla serrata , were investigated in the laboratory. The results showed that duration of larval development and mortality rates of the larvae of the crab increased with the prolongation of the initial feeding period and even a short period (8 or 12 hours) of starvation right after hatching, the survival and development of the larvae were affected. Starve of 4 days or more, no larvae retained the ability of molting when re fed. The results also indicated that PNR 50 (Point of no return) of the larvae is around 113 days. On the other hand, initial feeding for 1 day only, among 25 larvae tested, there was a larva molted to zoea 2 without further feeding. After 3.5 days initial feeding, starvation appears to have no significant affects on the survival of larvae to next stage. The experimental results also showed that PRS 50 (Point of reserve saturation) of the crab larvae was around 2.3 days, about half of the normal development duration (4.5 days) of the stage for feeding control. It was surprising to find that after initial feeding, starvation seems to enhance the development of zoea 1 larvae to zoea 2 slightly. The present results suggested that in the commercial rearing of larvae of the crab, efforts should be made to fed larvae as soon as possible after their hatching.
