摘要
对内蒙古自治区近年来推广种植的 71个春小麦品种的籽粒品质性状 (千粒重、容重、角质率 )和蛋白质品质 (粗蛋白的含量、湿面筋含量 )以及赖氨酸含量等 6项品质性状进行了较全面、详细的分析和评述 ,同时分析了品质性状之间的相关规律 .
Seed quality characters of 1 000-kernel weight,bulk density and cutin rate,protein quality characters of crude protein percentage and wet gluten rate,and lysine content were studied in details.The features of the quality traits in different ecological zones were given.The results of the researches are useful for the improvement of farming sytem and the crop zoning in Inner Mongolia.The correlation among wheat grain qualities,protein and lysine content were analyzed,which provides a foundation for wheat breeding.
