旱地小麦籽粒品质与农艺性状关系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以 2 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 1年度国家黄淮旱地小麦区试为材料 ,分析了小麦籽粒品质与若干农艺性状的关系 ,以及农艺性状之间、品质性状之间的关系 ,结果表明 :有效穗与株高、穗粒数呈显著负相关 ,蛋白质与吸水率呈显著正相关 ,湿面筋与吸水率呈极显著正相关 ,蛋白质、湿面筋与沉降值呈显著正相关 ,蛋白质与湿面筋呈极显著正相关 ,千粒重与沉降值呈显著负相关 ,株高与蛋白质呈弱正相关 ,生育期与容重呈显著负相关 ,千粒重与容重呈极显著负相关。据此提出旱地小麦优质与高产结合改良的重点是稳定提高穗粒数、有效穗 ,降低千粒重 。 The relations between kernel quality and agronomic characters and the relations among agronomic characters of wheat and the relations among quality characters of kernel are analyzed using national area test of Huanghuai dryland wheat in 2000~2001. The results indicate that negative correlation between efficient spike and plant height, spikes per plant are significant. The positive correlation between protein content and rate to sop up water is significant. The positive correlation between wet gluten content and rate to sop up water is extremely significant. Significant posivite correlations are observed between sedimentation value, wet gluten content and protein content. Extremely significant posivite correlations are observed hetween protein content and wet gluten content. The negative correlation between kilo grain weight and sedimentation value is significant. The positive correlation between plant height and protein content is obvious. The negative correlation between period of bearing and test weight is significant. The negative correlation between kilo grain weight and test weight is extremely significant. Accordingly, it is put forward that the key point of improved combining of high yield and high quality is to steadily improve efficient spike and spikes per plant, reduce kilo grain weight and to breed new precocious varieties of wheat.
