自然热电偶法测定切削温度时寄生热电势的消除 被引量:1

摘要 用自然热电偶法测定切削温度时,消除硬质合金刀片引出端的寄生热电势是提高测量精度的关键。本文根据热电偶的基本定律,提出用工件材料作为引出棒以消除刀片引出端寄生热电热的新方法。试验表明,与传统方法相比,此法具有精确、方便等优点,是消除刀片引出端寄生热电势的理想方法。 In measuring the cutting temperature by natural thermocouple method,it is important to raise the measure precision to eliminate parasitic EMF (electromotive force)of carbide blade. According to fundmental law of thermocouple, this paper advances a new method in which the draw bar is made of workpiece material for eliminate parasitic EMF. Experiments indicate that this method is possessed of accurate and convenient advanyages, it is an ideal method to eliminate parasitic EMF.
