摘要
用自然热电偶法测量切削温度时 ,直接用普通万用电表难以准确测出热电动势。作者研制出一种信号放大器 ,对切削热信号进行放大 ,然后通过万用表读出。试验表明 ,上述装置可代替传统的毫伏表 ,得出切削用量对切削温度的影响规律。
It is difficult to use the natural avometer meamusing electromotive force engendered by heat in metal cutting, because the avometer can't display accurate value of electromotive force. An amplifier of sign has been developed, which can amplify signs of electromotive force. When it join to the avometer, the value of electromotive force displays accurately. Experiments show , that equipment may substitute millivoltmeter to meamuse the affecting regularity of cutting parameters to cutting temperature.
