爆炸场双偶测温技术中时间常数比的寻优算法

Optimization Algorithm for the Time Constant Ratio for a Dual-thermocouple System in Explosion Temperature Measurement

摘要 针对爆炸场双偶补偿测温过程中,两热电偶时间常数之比受环境影响发生改变,导致测温结果严重失真的问题,采用原理分析、算法推导、试验验证相结合的方法,开展了双偶时间常数比(K)对补偿结果的影响特性、时间常数比(K)优化求解原理、寻优算法试验验证等研究,形成了基于遗传算法的双偶补偿时间常数比寻优算法。结果表明,本方法可有效提升爆炸场双偶测试信号的补偿质量。基于本方法进行补偿后,水浴试验峰值测量误差仅为8%,爆炸场模拟试验峰值测量误差仅为5%,爆炸场实测试验补偿结果与实际情况吻合性良好。三者结合,证实了本方法的工程可行性,可应用于爆炸场高动态温度测试。 When measuring explosion temperature using the dual-thermocouple compensation technology,the ratio of time constants between two thermocouples may vary due to environmental influences,resulting in serious distortion of the test results.A method integrating the principle analysis,algorithm derivation,and experimental validation was adopted.The influence characteristics of the ratio(K)on the compensation results,and the optimization principle for solving the ratio(K)were studied.The experimental validation of the optimization algorithm was carried out.An optimization algorithm for the ratio K based on the GA was developed.The results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the compensation quality of test signals in explosion fields.Using the algorithm,the peak measurement error in water-bath test was 8%,the peak measurement error in simulation test was 5%,and the overall trend of the real explosive field test results aligned well with the characteristics of the explosion temperature curve,confirming the algorithm′s practical feasibility.This algorithm can be applied to high-dynamic temperature measurement in the explosion field.
