摘要
滑柱摆臂式独立悬架具有结构简单、非簧载质量小、易于布置发动机及转向系等特点,是目前国内主要汽车生产厂家引进的轿车样车普遍采用的悬架型式。本文建立了该悬架的三维空间运动模型;提出了以悬架综合性能为目标函数,用大变量优化方法进行该种悬架参数设计的方法;编制了运动分析及优化程序并给出了优化实例。
MacPherson suspension is characterised by its simplicity in structure, low unsprung mass and flexibility in vehicle general layout. The suspension is widely used abroad on small and midium size cars but many impoxted car models in this country are equiped with it the study of design and analysis of the suspension is in need. In this paper, a three-D model of the suspension is established for kinematics. A performance index function is proposed as an objective function for optimization of the suspension geometry. A large variable optimization program is developed with a given example.
