摘要
提出了采用单向阀利用进排气压力波动的废气再循环 (EGR)系统 .应用一维非定常流动模型对该系统进行了模拟 ,并以此计算比较了该单向阀 EGR系统的不同方案 ,分析了有无 EGR冷却器、EGR冷却器与单向阀的相对位置、EGR管布置形式等对系统 EGR率、泵气损失等的影响 .
A check valve exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system, which makes effective use of intake and exhaust pressure waves, was proposed for turbocharged diesel engines. The simulation of EGR system was carried out with one dimensional unsteady flow model. The effects of various factors on EGR rate and pumping loss of the check valve EGR system, such as with or without EGR cooler, relative position of the EGR cooler and check valve, arrangements of EGR pipes, were discussed.
