摘要
用有限体积法和特征线法分别计算了一台非增压10缸柴油机的进排气压力波和一台6缸增压柴油机的涡轮入口及压气机出口压力,并与其相应的测量结果对比.结果表明:高速时以上两种方法计算的进气压力波与实测值均存在较明显的偏差,涡轮入口和压气机出口压力、排气压力波和低速时进气压力波均与实测值吻合较好,与特征线法相比,有限体积法计算的压力波更能反映高频部分的变化.还分析了两种方法对网格密度的依赖性和质量守恒计算误差,显示有限体积法均优于特征线法.
The volume efficiencies and pressure traces in intake and exhaust manifolds of a ten cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine, and the turbine entry and compressor exit pressures of a six cylinder turbocharged diesel engine were calculated by using characteristics method (CM) and finite volume method (FVM) individually. The computational data were compared with the corresponding measured ones. The comparison results show that the intake pressure traces computed by both CM and FVM have some differences from the measured data at high engine speeds, but have good agreement at low engine speeds; the exhaust pressure traces and turbine entry and compressor exit pressures can coincide in the measured results, compared with CM, pressure traces computed by FVM can reflect more detail variations of high frequency components. The computational results show that, compared with CM, FVM is less dependent on mesh density and has smaller error in calculating mass conservation.
