摘要
目的 :通过实验了解不同旋光结构的 6β -乙酰氧基去甲托烷 ( 6β -AN)对家兔瞳孔直径的影响 ,为其临床治疗青光眼提供有效的光学活性结构。 方法 :测量兔眼瞳孔直径的变化 ,确定 6β -AN具有活性的旋光形式。 结果 :左旋 6β -AN(L - 6β -AN)滴眼后有明显的缩瞳作用 ,且随浓度增加 ,其缩瞳作用强度和持续时间都增加 ;右旋 6β -AN(d - 6β -AN)滴眼基本无缩瞳作用。 结论 :L - 6β -AN有缩瞳作用 ,d - 6β -AN无缩瞳作用。
Objective:To explore the effects of 6β-Acetoxy nortropane(6β-AN) on the pupil diameter of rabbits.Methods:To measure the pupil diameter of rabbits.Results:1-6β-AN had the effect of miosis.The miotic effect of 0.03%1-6β-AN was equivalent to that of 2% pilocarpine.d-6β-AN had no this effect.Conclusion:1-6β-AN had the effect of miosis,d-6β-AN had no miotic effect.
