养肝熄风方药对帕金森大鼠旋转行为的影响 被引量:7

Influence of Liver-Nourishing and Wind-Extinguishing Formulas and Drugs on Rotating Behavior in Parkinson Rats

摘要 为研究养肝熄风方药与左旋多巴联合应用对帕金森模型大鼠神经行为的影响。将 36只帕金森模型大鼠随机分为A、B、C 3组 ,分别以左旋多巴、养肝熄风方药加左旋多巴、生理盐水胃饲 ( 1次 /d) ,持续 12W ,观察其旋转行为的动态变化。结果 :B组动物出现对侧旋转行为 ;旋转总数及旋转强度在 3~ 7W间较A组低 ,11W后则升高 ;旋转时间5W后较A组延长 ;无反应率 4W始较A组减低 (均P <0 0 5 )。说明养肝熄风方药与左旋多巴具有协同作用 。 In order to study influence of the combined application of the liver nourishing and wind extinguishing formulas and drugs and levodopa on nervous behavior in the model rats,36 rats modeled with Parkinsons syndrome were divided randomly into three groups of A,B,and C,treated respectively with levodopa,levodopa plus the drugs that nourish the liver and extinguish wind,and physiological saline (once/per day),for 12 weeks continuously,to observe the dynamic change in the rotating behavior.The results showed that the rotating behavior appeared in the opposite side in the animals in Group B.The total rotating activity and rotating intensity were lower than Group A in 3~7 weeks,and increased 11 weeks later.The rotating time was prolonged than Group A five weeks later and no reaction rate was decreased than Group A from the fourth week (all P <0 05).The findings indicate that the herbal formulas and drugs that can nourish the liver and extinguish wind and levodopa possess the cooperative function to relieve the motor complications caused by long term application of levodopa.
