滋补肝肾为主治疗帕金森病的疗效观察 被引量:17

摘要 目的观察滋补肝肾为主结合西药治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(32例),两组均常规使用西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用滋补肝肾中药。治疗3个月后观察患者的临床疗效及Webster和UPDRS评分变化情况。结果两组Webster和UPDRS评分治疗后均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较,P<0.05。治疗组Webster评分显效率为97.5%,对照组为56.3%;治疗组UPDRS评分显效率为75.0%,对照组为6.3%,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论滋补肝肾为主结合西药治疗帕金森病有一定疗效。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nourishing liver and kidney in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Methods Total 72 subjects were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by nourishing liver and kidney plus western medicine and control group in which 32 cases were treated by western medicine only. Results In Webster score,the effective rate was 97.5% in treatment group and 56.3% in control group; in UPDRS score, the effective rate was 75.0% in treatment group and 6.3% in control group,P〈0.05,P〈0.01. Conclusion This method is effective for Parkinson's disease.
