摘要
目的研究观察安神健脑方对早期帕金森病(PD)患者睡眠障碍的疗效并以加速度记录仪定量化评价。方法选取早期PD睡眠障碍患者65例,分成治疗组33例,对照组32例,在多巴药物治疗的基础上治疗组加用中药安神健脑方(ASJN),对照组仅根据病情调整多巴药物。在治疗前、后分别予PD睡眠量表(PDSS)评分及治疗前1周和治疗第6周分别解析加速度记录仪记录的患者生理节律(BIO)、睡眠效率(SE)、入睡延迟(SL)、最低5 h活动量(L5)。结果与对照组比较,治疗组PDSS总评分及PDSS 1、PDSS 2、PDSS 3、PDSS 5、PDSS 8、PDSS 14、PDSS 15等各项评分均有明显改善(P<0.05);解析加速度记录仪也证实治疗组的SE、入睡时间、L5均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论加用ASJN对PD患者的总体睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠总时间均有明显改作用,且能部分改善患者运动症状及精神症状。总体而言,ASJN能改善早期PD患者的睡眠质量,能提高整体治疗效果。
Objective To observe the efficacy of the recipe of An-shen Jian-nao(ASJN) by using actigraphy quantitive analysis to treat sleep disorder of early onset Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods Sixty-five early onset PD patients were divided into two groups,32 patients were treated with L-dopa alone in the control group,and 33 patients were treated with both ASJN and L-dopa in the treatment group.One week before and 6 weeks after the treatment,patients were tested by PD sleep scale(PDSS),biorhythmos(BIO),sleep efficiency(SE),sleep latency(SL) and least active 5 h(L5) separately.Results There were significant improvement in SE,SL,L5 tests and in the total scores of PDSS test and PDSS 1,PDSS 2,PDSS 3,PDSS 5,PDSS 8,PDSS 14,PDSS 15 scores in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment by ASJN combined with L-dopa may improve sleep disorder on early onset PD,such as sleep quality,time to fall into sleep,total sleep time,and can also partly improve the motion and psychotic symptoms.In a word,ASJN can improve sleep quality,increase the overall therapeutic effect.
