摘要
本文叙述10.60μm窄带干涉滤光片的设计、工艺和结果。
The design technology and its result of narrow bandpars filter at 10.60μm was presented in this paper. The research was completed with tranditional resist heating evaporation in vacuum coater made in China. The process is beth simple and novel, which has more applicable value.
