摘要 综述了对窄带干涉滤光片抗激光损伤特性研究的最新进展,归纳讨论了窄带干涉滤光片的抗激光损伤机理。 The current development of laser-induced damage properties of narrow-band interference filters is summarized, and the damage mechanisms of narrow-band interference filters are introduced.
