摘要
为了探讨胆囊切除术患者血浆促肾上腺皮质激素 ( ACTH)和β-内啡呔 (β-EP)在创伤反应中的变化 ,本文用 IRMA和 RIA法对 4 0例因胆囊结石或胆囊息肉住院进行手术的患者 ,测定血浆中 ACTH和 β-EP含量的变化 ,以探讨它们之间的相互关系。结果显示 :术后 6h患者血中 ACTH和 β-EP的水平显著高于对照组和术前 ( P<0 .0 1 )且 ACTH与β-EP呈正相关 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,γ=0 .58;术后第一晨 8h患者血中 ACTH和β-EP的水平与对照组和术前无差异 ( P>0 .0 5)。结果提示 :ACTH和 β-EP参与了体内应激反应 。
To study the changes of the plasma levels of adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH) and β-endophin (β-EP) in traumatic reaction in patients undergoing cholecystectomy, we determined the levels of the ACTH and β-EP contained in plasma by IRMA and RIA in 40 patients with cholecystic stone and polypus in the hospital, and at the same time discussed the relation between them. The results showed that ACTH and β-EP increased significantly as compared with that of the patients of 6 hours after operation,preoperation and control group ( P <0.01), also ACTH and β-EP were positive relation ( P <0.01), r =0.58. There was no difference among patients' plasma levels of ACTH and β-EP of 8 hours in the first morning after the operation, preoperation and control group. The results suggested that ACTH and β-EP participated in the internal stress reaction, but the reaction was transient.
