妊高征胎盘床螺旋动脉的形态学改变 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察妊高征胎盘床螺旋动脉的形态学改变。方法 :按照 Robertsony方法 ,获取胎盘床活检标本 ,在光学显微镜下观察妊高征组与正常妊娠组胎盘床螺旋动脉的生理性变化。结果 :正常妊娠组与妊高征组胎盘床蜕膜螺旋动脉的生理性改变无显著差异。妊高征组肌层螺旋动脉的生理性改变明显少于正常妊娠组。结论 Objective:To observe the morphological changes of spiral arteries in placental bed of pre eclampsia.Methods:According to the Robertson’s methods,the placental bed was obtained by biopsies.The physiological changes of spiral arteries were comparatively studied with light microscope.Results:There were no significant differences between normal pregnanceis and pre eclampsia patients in physiological changes of decidua segments of spiral arteries(P>0.05).The physiological changes of my omeftrium spiral arteries in pre eclampsia were markedly less than in normal pregnanoy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The happening of pre eclampsia was related closely to the decrease of physiological changes in myometrium spiral arteries of placental bed.
